Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Shipping (within Australia)

We do not use any customer provided courier services.

Freight will be calculated prior to your order being finalized, and is calculated automatically based on the weight and volume of your order.
You can calculate the estimated freight cost in your Shopping cart once items have been added if you wish to see the cost prior to proceeding through to the checkout.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of many of our products, we do not offer express shipping at this stage.

Please check your shipping address is correct. Returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided will incur a re-delivery charge to re-ship the order.

 

Estimated Shipping Time-frame:

PLEASE NOTE: The below estimated shipping time-frames are based on 'normal' circumstances, however, due to COVID-19, border closures, and the inundation of online orders that people are placing due to isolation, Australia Post are sorting through a much higher number of parcels than normal, and as a result, shipments Australia-wide are heavily delayed, particularly for those in Melbourne.
Please do allow extra time for your parcels to arrive while Australia Post navigates through this. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Note: Shipping times may be increased during busy times (i.e. Christmas, public holidays, etc.).

 

Tracking your Order

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped to you. If you chose the Express Post option or purchased more than $50, you will receive a tracking number as well.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please note that the shipping costs to each country vary. The cost will be shown at checkout upon selection.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: there are delays with international orders due to a change of processes with Coronavirus. 

For NZ Shipping, we charge a flat rate for the regular delivery of $12.

For countries within the Asia Pacific region, we charge a flat rate for the regular delivery of $25.

For all other countries, we charge a flat rate of $35 at this time. 

Please note that all import duties, taxes, and charges are unable to be included in the item, shipping, and handling costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with the customs office in the destination country to determine what these additional costs will be before proceeding with the purchase.
